117 GRATTAN is an artist’s book created as part of “Gone Wrong,” a solo exhibition at Real Art Ways in Hartford, CT. Visually, the work in “Gone Wrong” is rooted in the world nearby specifically, the idiosyncratic HVAC structures, cement mixing machines, and jerry-built architecture that surrounded my studio at 117 Grattan Street in Bushwick. This 36-page book is a photographic journal of the neighborhood. Design, layout and image management by Stef Paschen-May.
