“A conceptual revindication of the books physicality in the line of Ulises Carrins The New Art of Making Books, ASMR masterfully reminds us that the art of reading is much more than an intermediary visual experience. ASMR is a sensual desiring machine using redundance to turn language into a continuous wave-sign pointing to the erotically-charged haptic aspects of going through a book. ASMR plays with the readers desire to be desired, and speaks the immanent voice of the book itself wanting to become a body by the sensuous touch of the readers hands. More than ever, handle this book with care.”
