Mine’s the Best is a classic early reader in the My First I Can Read series. Two boys each believe his balloon is the best, turning a simple competition into playful humor that young children will enjoy. The book is well suited for shared reading with a child, featuring simple text and light, visual humor. It was written by Crosby Bonsall, one of the earliest authors in the I Can Read program.
